substituted my drug of choice 7 years ago and become increasingly trapped in the cycle of fear and self-loathing. I cannot speak more highly of the patience and support he has given me . I am now clean and slowly accepting who I am and learning to like myself. I am starting to look after myself mentally and physically and even starting to enjoy my own company !! Thank you !!!
